Bryan Koshers

Bryan focuses his business on small and mid-sized, closely held service businesses, with a special focus on professional service firms including dentists, doctors, lawyers as well as real estate.

With more than 25 years public accounting experience, Bryan oversees all aspects of his clients’ tax planning and day-to-day business management planning, including start-ups, practice analytics and corporate budgeting.

Bryan also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, profitability analysis and negotiating business transactions.

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Bryan is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, the New York State Society of CPA’s and the National Conference of CPA Practitioners.
